New Year, New Me
This happens every year!
The ball drops in time square and we think we are new people!
Time for us to change for the better!
This year I will eat right and exercise. I will stop cussing. I’m finally going to finish that project I started 4 years ago. I will quit smoking once and for all. I’ll read more books and save more money! Blah, Blah, Blah…
Everyone’s list may be slightly different but we all have a similar goal: Be a better version of ourselves!
This tends to be a more human tradition but have you ever thought about what kind of resolutions your animals would make?
Wonder no more because you can have an exclusive look into the secret diaries of our flock.

My Flock’s Strange but Amazing New Year Resolutions
Don’t tell the flock I showed you these!
I was pretty impressed with the sizable goals our ducks came up with this year! But these are confidential so shhhhh….
New Year, All About Me
The year 2018 was ok, but I have a feeling that 2019 will be MY year!
This year I’ll be turning 2 years old and in the prime of my young male life!
No more letting momma duck boss me around! I’m #1 this year!
And these girls are ALL mine! Willard, my old friend, watch your flippers because I’m big
man duck on campus now!
New Year, Safe Flock
I am a simple duck. No crazy new year resolutions for me.
While some ducks may be making unattainable goals, my only goal for this year is to keep my flock safe!
I must protect my flock at all cost!
P.S. I don’t like the way Waffles is looking at me right now…He’s going to be a bit of a problem.
New Year, New Solitude
This year I must have more ME time!
Last year, I felt like I always had to go where the rest of the flock decided but this year I am doing my own thing!
Self care is essential for a girl like me!
New Year, New Mud
Happy New Year!
I can’t believe it’s 2019!
My only new year resolution is to make more mud puddles!
There are not enough mud puddles around here!
New Year, New Treats
This year will be the first full year I am spending in my new home.
I don’t know what could top being adopted last year so I guess my only new year resolution is to EAT MORE MEALWORMS!
I must ensure that momma duck buys the big bulk supply that I like!
New Year, New Pinch
Happy New Year!
I will be 1 year old this year, so I think it’s time for people to stop fawning over me!
I am a grown woman who can lay eggs now!
Just because my feathers are unbelievably soft doesn’t give momma duck the right to insist on petting me!
I am an independent lady and there will be no pets!
You pet me, I PINCH!
New Year, New Figure
Last year, I was known as the plump duckling.
Too many tomatoes and peas I suppose.
But this year I vow to sign up for some duckie yoga classes to trim my feminine figure.
Happy New Year!
